Printi will formally launch at Printwear & Promotion LIVE! 2027, introducing a new approach to managing the commercial and operational demands of specialist print and personalisation businesses.
Developed entirely in-house from the ground up, the platform is being built to connect quoting, orders, artwork approvals, purchasing, stock, production and fulfilment in one working environment. Its central idea is simple: information should travel with the job, so teams can spend less time transferring details between systems and more time delivering the work.
Printi grew out of first-hand experience running a clothing and signage business. Its product direction reflects the reality of companies that work across several processes: an embroidered garment, a printed sign and an installation can all belong to the same customer requirement.
The platform’s blueprints include configurable product and pricing tools, business accounts, customer portals, online stores and production planning. Bobbin, Printi’s contextual AI assistant, is being developed to help teams find information, understand operational priorities and prepare routine work while keeping people in control of decisions.
Both development and support are staffed and resourced in-house in the UK. Printi’s formal launch at the 2027 exhibition will give industry visitors an opportunity to meet the team and discuss their own workflows.
Release scope, package details and demonstration availability will be confirmed as launch approaches. Journalists can contact the team for interviews, product information and campaign artwork.
